Mriydiynist is the ability to combine dreams and action. This approach shapes the education of the future, where learning goes beyond textbooks and grades: the main thing is the development of the child as a personality. What is important here is their creativity and initiative, freedom of thought, the ability to try, make mistakes, and draw conclusions. Mriydiynist helps children strengthen their mental health because it gives them confidence in their own abilities and the ability to stay focused on their goals. At the same time, it inspires change, encourages them to seek new ideas, and discover their own potential in learning and life. With the help of Mriydiynist, children build their dream future.

What is Mriydiynist

Like any competency, mriydiynist is a combination of knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes.

  • The beginning is knowing yourself. Children learn to recognize their dreams, strengths, and emotions..
  • Skills. Analyze your dreams, transform them into goals, plan your steps, seek support, collaborate.
  • Attitude. The courage to think outside the box, belief in your own abilities, perseverance, and a willingness to take action even when things don’t go your way.

How mriydiynist manifests itself in education

We develop mriydiynist in all subjects and activities.

In kindergarten and elementary school

  • Dreamers’ circles – daily planning of the day.
  • «I Am a Person – a class where children learn to identify emotions and regulate behavior.

At school

  • Formation program — we teach how to set goals (academic and personal), plan steps, achieve results, and reflect.
  • Individual conversations with tutors and mentors.

Practical experience — the foundation of mriydiynist

We implement it in our author’s courses:

  • «Kaleidoscope of Sciences — using imagination for research.
  • «Design thinking — developing unconventional solutions and implementing them without fear of making mistakes.
  • «I am a traveler — observations, experiences of nature, educational trips.
  • «Improvisation — expressing emotions through movement.
  • «Drama — stage activities, staging of English-language skits.
  • «Storytelling» — creating stories, learning, and expressing oneself.

A student dreams of going to Paris on a student exchange. To achieve this, he plans to improve his French grades and is actively preparing for projects in class — his dream motivates him to take concrete action.

Projects as a tool for development

From kindergarten to high school, students have “Project” classes.

This is about:

  • process planning;
  • role distribution;
  • joint achievement of results;
  • presentation of achievements.

Starting in 5th grade, students participate in pitching sessions, initiate and implement their own projects. Projects last at least one semester. We teach schoolchildren project management in practice.

Every year, MriyDiy schools carry out around 20 projects in science, entrepreneurship, art, and social issues. We also use Project Based Learning in teaching English and natural sciences.

How does mriydiynist manifest itself?

For example, a team of students wants to win a floorball tournament. The students organize their own training sessions, analyze their weaknesses, and plan their strategy—their dream turns into planning and collaboration skills.

In the “Kaleidoscope of Sciences” classes, students dream of conducting their own experiments. They formulate hypotheses, plan research, and draw conclusions — this develops critical thinking and the ability to achieve results.

PROJECTFEST — A festival of student team projects, where students from Kyiv and Lviv schools of MriyDiy present the results of many months of work.

One of the projects in Lviv is YARN. YARN is a creative reimagining of old clothes: searching for materials, cutting yarn, knitting, designing, and creating a brand. The driving force behind it was a dream and action.

MriyDiy graduates enroll in Ukrainian and foreign universities. For example, a graduate of the MriyDiy Lviv school became a student at the Ukrainian Catholic University. Preparation for the NMT and the supportive atmosphere helped her achieve her dream.

These examples show that at MriyDiy, dreams are always combined with action — and this is what builds confidence, creativity, and the ability to achieve goals.

What is the MriyDiy career guidance program?

The MriyDiy career guidance program is based on the principle of dream-action — from dreams to concrete steps.

  • The English-language course Career Time: tests, self-analysis, interview preparation, motivation letters.
  • Ukrainian-language course in cooperation with universities and companies in Lviv and Kyiv.
  • Partnership with the Kharkiv School of Architecture — “Introduction to Architecture” module.

The education of the future is dream-action today

A dream without action remains a fantasy, and action without a dream loses its meaning. The “dream and act” approach shapes key competencies in children that will define the education of the future:

  • Critical thinking and reflection. Students reflect on their own goals, analyze decisions, and evaluate results.
  • Creativity. Dreams generate ideas, and action helps bring them to life.
  • Teamwork. This teaches cooperation, empathy, and trust.
  • Leadership and responsibility. Children see that their actions have an impact.
  • Emotional intelligence. The ability to understand emotions and support others.

This is how young people grow up who are not afraid to dream, are ready to act, and are convinced that even the boldest dream begins with a small step.
